Installation of new Classic Bond EPDM rubber cap sheet and black UPVC square line guttering, brackets, running outlet, stop ends, downpipe and off set bends plus new textured anti corrosion / U.V. coated aluminium flashings at the abutment wall and black ash UPVC trims fixed using ring shanked galvanised steel polytop nails
Preparing the flat roof deck and cutting a new chase at the abutment wall plus installation of new Proplex boards and Classic Bond EPDM rubber cap sheet
